Day 02: Arrive at Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA) Kathmandu(1350m./4264ft.).
Arrive in Kathmandu at any time. Our airport representative will welcome you and give you further details of the program. There are no planned activities for your arrival day, so check into the hotel, get your bearings and enjoy your overnight at hotel.
Day 03: Visit to Boudhanath Pashupatinath and Swayambhunath. Evening briefing about trek.
Day 04: Kathmandu to Chisapani (2190m.) Walk up via of Sundarijal 2430m.)-Duration: 6 hours.
Day 05: Chisapani to Gol Bhanjyang (2150m.)-Duration: 6 hours
Day 06: Gol Bhanjyang to Mangen Goth (3400m.)-Duration: 6 hours.
Day 07: Mangen Goth to Melamchi Gaun (2530m.)-Duration: 6 hours.
Day 8: Melamchi Gaun to Tarkygyang (2560m.)-Duration: 6 hours
Day 9: Tarkygyang to Lo-Gaun ghyang (2875m.) magnificent view of Gaurishankar and Jugal Himal.-Duration: 6 hours.
Day 10: Lo-Gaunghyng to Bagan Gompa (2500m.)-Duration: 6 hours .
Day 11: Bagan gompa to Habeli (2300m.)-Duration: 6 hours
Day 12: Habeli to Nasyampati (3630m.)-Duration: 5 hours
Day 13: Nasyampati to Panch Pokhari (4000m.) cross Laurjbina Bhanjyang (3760m.)-Duration: 6 hours
Day 14: Panch Pokhari to Hile Pati (2900m.) Cross via Laurjbina pass, Nasyampati and Hile Bhanjyang-Duration: 6 hours

Helambu and Panch Pokhari
A moderate trek in a wild region near Kathmandu. It is a recently opened circuit which retains all its authenticity in an alpine nature full of sweetness.
You will visit many historical and religious places to meet different ethnic groups: Hyolmo, Sherpa, Gurung, Newar and Tamang. You pass through traditional villages with intact Tibetan culture. Magnificent landscapes rich in biodiversity.
The discovery of the five sacred lakes of Panch Pokhari is a very emotional moment. It is the 9th highest altitude wetland in the world. It is a sacred place source of peace, of brotherhood where Hindu and Buddhist pilgrims come to meditate. During the Janai Purnima festival in summer, musicians and dancers in colorful costumes come to purify themselves. A hike in the middle of the Himalayan peaks with around you the Langtang Lyarung (7231m), the Dorgi Lhakpa (6966m), Langsisha Ri base camp and Timal pass (5830m).
